The Executive Board of the Islamic Society of Niagara Frontier wishes that this message find you and your family in best health and hope that you are enjoying the blessed month of Ramadan and utilizing this great opportunity in ibadad and getting closer to Allah. Below is a list of ISNF announcements and updates (total of 8 announcements) (also available on www.isnf.org)

Below is a list of ISNF announcements and updates (total of 8 announcements) (also available on www.isnf.org)
1- Quran Recitation and Fundraising Iftar. This Saturday August 28th after Asr Prayer in Masjid An-Noor.
ISNF is requesting your support again to help us keep the houses of Allah operating and in the best possible shape. In addition to the regular expenses and bills for the next few months we are preparing to replace the roof for Masjid At-taqwa and pay the reminder balance for replacing the roof for Masjid An-Noor. We need your help to raise about $80,000-90,000 to meet our needs for the next few months.
Please remember that our masajid depend completely on the generous donations of our community members and we have no other source of funding. So we have to lean on you as the principle beneficiary of these Masjids and ask that you don't abandon the houses of Allah. Your donation as well as your participation and presence in the masjid are crucial to the continuation of the role of the masajid in our life and the lives of the next generations. It is each and every one's responsibility to participate and help as much as you can. This is the month of giving and charity so give in the way of Allah and join us for this noble cause and don't forget to bring your check book !!!!.

2- Eid Bazaar: Friday September 3rd at 4PM in Islamic Center, Heim Rd.
ISNF will be organizing Eid Bazaar next Saturday to help you prepare for Eid. Tables are available for rent for vendors. Rent is $50/table. Vendors can sell clothes, household items, food, Hinna and other Eid Related items. Food will be sold and you can have you Iftar in the banquet hall. To rent a table or for more information please contact Sis Shihzad Hashmi (773-3552), Sis Najma Shah (573-6166) or Br Mohammad Raheemudeen (688-8855), or Husam Ghanim (316-6160).
3- Etikaf and Tahajud program: Next Friday and Saturday nights September 3rd and 4th in Masjid An-Noor.
Please join us in Masjid An-Noor next weekend for this spritual program in this blessed month of Ramadan. The program will include talks by Imam Nazim and Salat Ul-Tahajid with recitation by Hafiz Ammer and Hafiz Noor (who are also leading the Taraweeh prayer) followed by a Suhoor for all participants. Program will start at Midnight Friday/Saturday and Saturday/Sunday so you can also call it a sleepover !!! our youth should enjoy this program and are encouraged to participate. To get the full reward of Etikaf it is preferable to start it at Maghrib time.
4- Zakatul (Sadaqatul) Al-Fitr for this year is $5 (minimum) per family member (for each and every one in your family you should donate $5 at least as Fitra). Fitra has to be paid locally and before Eid prayer. All donations will be distributed to the needy Muslims in the community. Muslim brothers and sisters who are in need of finantial help they can fill the social services form available in most masajids and return it our office in Masjid An-Noor as soon as possible.
5- Please mark your calendar for our Annual Summer and Eid Festival: It will be on Sunday September 19th 12-6pm in Islamic Center.
6- Pakistan Flooding Tragedy Fundrasing. ISNF has conducted an urgent fundraising last week to help the victims of the flooding in Pakistan. Alhamdulila, we collected about $13,500 and will be sent to Pakistan through the appropriate channels. Jazakum Allah khayran for you generous donations.

--We are still collecting food and personal hygiene items for the Muslim refugees in Viva Lacasa. You can bring these items any day in Ramadan and drop them in the appropriate place in the Masjid.
-- The Pakistani American Association is holding a fundraising Iftar to raise funds for the victims of the flooding in Pakistan. Fundraisng will be on September 6th in Islamic Center at 6pm.
